Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

A contract will exist between the company and the client when the order is finalised in writing. No previous negotiations, quotations, correspondence, or other communication prior to the date of order shall form part of the contract unless this is otherwise agreed in writing.

By continuing to proceed with one of the following services below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined.

Online Membership

The Wrap it Studio

Membership

  1. This service is an online only service provided by membership which is accessible only by way of a private Facebook group.
  2. When signing up for the membership you must do so with your own email address.
  3. This service provides for online tutorials which are viewed live over Zoom and can be played back through Teachable.
  4. To view the play back you agree to sign up to a free Teachable account.
  5. All courses will be stored in the Teachable account, accessible for paying members to view at any time.
  6. All modules both past and present can only be accessed by paying members.

Payment Options

  1. Payment options are flexible in which four payment options are available – monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly and annually.
  2. The membership is only payable by way of a subscription, on a rolling basis, based on the package selected, as per point 7 above.
  3. There will be an initial payment which will be taken at the point of registration.
  4. Further payments will be taken on a recurring payment basis on or around the first of the month.

Cancellation

  1. Membership can be cancelled by providing no less than 7 days’ notice only by emailing info@wrapitbytina.co.uk
  2. Once membership has been cancelled, you may re-join the Wrap It Studio membership. The membership price payable will be the price as at the re-joining date.
  3. Any cancellations made throughout the duration of the membership shall not be eligible for a refund. The membership will continue for the duration that you have paid for and full access will be provided until such time the membership comes to an end.
  4. Once a membership has been cancelled, any access to the Teachable membership modules will be revoked.
  5. Once a membership has been cancelled, you will be removed from the private Facebook group.
  6. If you have signed up in error, please email info@wrapitbytina.co.uk within 3 working days to cancel your membership.
  7. If membership has been purchased and courses started, you will not be eligible for a refund of the membership.

Facebook Group

  1. Any straight forward queries within the Private Facebook group will be monitored and responded to within 1 working day.
  2. Any complex or multiple queries received by the same member will be asked to book a one-to-one consultation.
  3. If you do not adhere to the rules within the group, you will be removed without any notice.
  4. Any material from the group and Teachable belongs to Wrap it By Tina. If you are found to be sharing, copying, or utilising the contents of the materials with anyone, Wrap It has the right to proceed to legal proceedings.

Access to The Courses & The Group

  1. Once you have signed up for membership, you will be emailed details to access the modules and the group within 1 working day.
  2. Modules can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless scheduled maintenance is taking place.
  3. Wrap it By Tina cannot take any responsibility for access issues to the Teachable platform.
  4. The modules will be accessible for members only, for the time of the subscription selected. No access will be available at the end of the subscription unless it has been renewed on the basis set out at point 7 above.
  5. If the platform is changed, you will be provided with 30 days’ notice and a new access account will be created on your behalf with new details emailed to the registered email address with a tutorial video on how to use the new platform.

Confidentiality

  1. You agree to keep all information and contents of Wrap it By Tina confidential and agree to not copy or use any part of the course and/or documents out with the membership platform and/or private Facebook group.

Chocolate Bouquets

Order / Dispatch

  1. Chocolate Bouquets can only be ordered via the website wrapitbytina.co.uk
  2. For a custom-made bouquet all enquiries to be emailed info@wrapitbytina.co.uk
  3. Chocolate Bouquets are only delivered to mainland UK addresses
  4. Orders will take 5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
  5. In the event that a colour or chocolate is not available, Wrap it By Tina will contact you within 1 working day to offer you an alternative option or a refund.
  6. Upon completion we can courier the packages or personally deliver them to your recipients at an additional charge, or you can collect them from our Studio in Borehamwood. Personal delivery is only within a 10-mile driving distance of our studio and out with the ULEZ and congestion charging zone. If delivery is required within these zones, an additional charge will be applied.

Products

  1. The chocolates are not exposed, removed or pierced into the manufacturers original packaging.
  2. A glue gun is used to secure the chocolates to the skewers and every precaution is taken to protect the chocolate and keep it in its original condition.
  3. At times the chocolate may melt on the inside at the outer point of contact. If any packaging is damaged during the making of the bouquet, Wrap it By Tina will discard the chocolate and replace the chocolate with a satisfactory replacement.
  4. Due to the high risk of melting, Lindt Chocolate Bouquets will not be available for delivery on days where the temperature is above 23 degrees.
  5. All other chocolate bouquets will not be available for delivery where the temperature is above 27 degrees.
  6. Chocolates are advised to be eaten within 30 days and before the manufacturer sell by days.
  7. Chocolate bouquets are decorative gifts and not toys due to sharp elements used within the bouquet. Please keep away from children.
  8. We advise that you check the manufacturer website for allergens.
  9. Any handmade treats used within a bouquet will have the allergens listed in your customised confirmation email.
  10. Wrap it cannot take any responsibility for injury and / or allergies caused by the chocolate bouquets.
  11. If an error is made with the size, chocolates, colour, personalisation, or message card, please email info@wrapitbytina.co.uk within 1 working day to notify us of the change required. Any changes provided after this timeline may not be adhered to.
  12. All personalised bouquets are made to order and cannot be cancelled after 1 working day.

Personalised Services

All personalised services must be pre booked and a non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. The deposit will be offset against the final balance of the service which will need to be settled in full prior to the gifts being dispatched.

If an order is to be to cancelled or changed, this must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. All personalised services will start within 24 hours of receiving the order, if no request to change or cancel the order has been received within this timeframe, no refunds will be available, and the order will completed as per the original request.

The address to the studio will only be sent on once the booking is confirmed and a deposit has been received.

Postage and Packaging charges for forward delivery can only be determined once the gifts have been arranged. They are calculated based on the size and weight of the gifts and start from £5 for a small package.

Gift Wrapping Service

  1. The charges for this service for up to 15 gifts is displayed on the Gift-Wrapping Service page on our website.
  2. The paper styles we offer is displayed on our website.
  3. Premium papers and personalised papers cost extra, starting from £1 per gift.
  4. For more than 15 gifts, please contact info@wrapitbytina.co.uk
  5. You can hand deliver or post your gifts for wrapping to us.
  6. Upon completion we can personally deliver them to your recipients within a 10 mile radius of the studio. Any deliveries within the ULEZ or congestion charge zone will attract an additional fee. You also have the option of collecting the items from our Studio in Borehamwood.
  7. Some gifts cannot be posted due to courier restrictions.
  8. At the time of booking please specify the type of products you require to be wrapped and delivered during the booking process.
  9. Every care is taken to gift wrap the item, however we cannot take any responsibility to damage caused.
  10. If a product is delivered damaged to us, we will send you photos and await further instructions from yourself on how you would like to proceed.
  11. Please allow 5 working days from arrival for your order to be wrapped and dispatched. If it is urgent, please let us know during the booking process.
  12. Gifts that are sent via a courier will have a tracking number and shall be shared with you.

Personalised Hampers

  1. The charges for our hamper arrangement service start from £35 for a small hamper. This does not include the contents.
  2. You can post all the contents to us to arrange or we can order all the items for you at an extra cost depending on the size of the basket.
  3. Each hamper is tailor made to suit your budget and requirements.
  4. Each hamper is personalised either with gifts in the basket and/or through a personalised name tag.
  5. Any Coupon codes redeemed against hampers will only be towards the arrangement service not the content and postage and packaging.
  6. If Wrap it By Tina is arranging the contents on your behalf, payment will required to be made straight away.
  7. Payments will only be accepted through our website or our invoicing system.
  8. Any extra time used outside the agreement to source or plan gifts for the hamper will be charged at £30 per hour.
  9. If you provide the basket and the contents, we will charge a reduced rate which will be agreed with you at the time of booking.
  10. Upon completion, hampers can be personally delivered to your recipients within a 10 mile radius of the studio. Any deliveries within the ULEZ or congestion charge zone will attract an additional fee, or you can collect them from our Studio in Borehamwood. Some gifts cannot be posted on due to courier restrictions, please specify the type of products you require to be included and delivered during the booking process.

Personal Gift Wrapping Workshops

  1. This is a small group which is held face to face and is a gift-wrapping workshop for personal use.
  2. This can be held in our studio in Borehamwood or at a pre booked venue across the country.
  3. We also offer mobile workshops at your home or chosen venue for up to 6 people.
  4. Workshops have a set style plan which will be clear on the webpage at the time of booking.
  5. All available dates are shown on our website and can be booked via the website.
  6. It is encouraged anyone booking our workshop to keep social distancing, wear a face covering throughout the duration the workshop and sanitise regularly.
  7. We politely ask that you also adhere to any current government guidance in place.
  8. If you need to cancel your place on a workshop, please email info@wrapitbytina.co.uk within 10 working days for a full refund.
  9. Workshops cancelled within 1 week of the course date will only receive a 50% refund.

Tailored Workshops

  1. Tailored workshops need to be booked in advance through info@wrapitbytina.co.uk
  2. Specifications of the workshop will be agreed during the booking process.
  3. The tailored workshops are suitable only for individuals looking for one to one support for business or personal use.
  4. Wrap it By Tina will require full details of the desired outcome to ensure the training can be delivered effectively. Failure to do so will result in the workshop being cancelled and a refund provided.
  5. A minimum of 1.5 hours will be booked and paid for to secure the workshop booking. A booking cannot be confirmed until payment has been made.
  6. The payment for the balance is due within 7 days prior to the workshop.
  7. If you wish to cancel your place on a workshop, please email info@wrapitbytina.co.uk within 10 working days for a full refund.
  8. Workshops cancelled 7 days prior to the course date will only receive a 50% refund.
  9. Workshops cancelled between 6 days and the day of the workshop no refund will be provided.

Group Workshops

  1. All group workshops need to be booked in advance through info@wrapitbytina.co.uk
  2. Specifications of the workshop will be agreed during the booking process.
  3. The group workshops will be for groups of 2 to 6 people looking for one to one support for small businesses or personal use.
  4. Wrap it will require full details of the desired outcome to ensure the training can be delivered effectively. Failure to do so will result in the workshop being cancelled and a refund given.
  5. A minimum of 2 hours will be booked and paid for to secure the workshop booking. A booking cannot be confirmed until payment has been made.
  6. The payment for the balance is due within 7 days prior to the workshop.
  7. We can hold the workshop in our studio in Borehamwood for up to 3 participants or are your preferred venue for up to 6 people

 Demonstrations

  1. We carry out demonstrations for large and corporate companies which will take place at their chosen venue or over a chosen virtual platform.
  2. The service will need to be booked in advance with a 50% deposit and paid in full 14 days prior to the demonstration.
  3. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 14 days.
  4. The specifications of the demonstration will be agreed during the booking.
  5. Payments can only be made through options specified on the invoicing platform.
  6. When carrying out demonstrations we require sufficient space, lighting and furniture to be provided by the venue to allow the demonstration to take place effectively and safely.
  7. Demonstrations will be carried out according to the specifications of the booking.
  8. Participants attending the demonstration will agree to photos and videos being taken during the training and used on social media and website unless otherwise requested.

Indemnity Insurance

Wrap it By Tina hold indemnity insurance with UK Insurance Limited (Direct Line) to the value of £2 million. If you require further information, please email info@wrapitbytina.co.uk

Confidentiality

All materials used are the property of Wrap it By Tina and you agree to keep all information and contents of Wrap it By Tina confidential and agree to not copy or utilise any part of the course / workshops and/or documents out with the membership and/or private Facebook group and/or workshop groups.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact Tina Nandha by way of email at info@wrapitbytina.co.uk, who will deal with your matter directly.

Legal Proceedings

We have the right to proceed to legal action against you, if you fail to make payments as per these terms and shall defend any legal action brought against us. The legal costs of which will be sought from you.
